The invention relates to a DIY mechanical password door lock structure. The door lock structure can be matched with the door opening installing size and a spring bolt needed by an existing cylindrical door lock commonly known as a horn lock. The door lock structure comprises a door inner handle, a door inner cover plate, a door inner locking press buckle, a door inner front end spring, a spring baffle, a door inner unlocking sleeve, an inner and outer connecting device, an outer handle rotating pipe, a door outer cover plate, a password unlocking guide pipe, a password changing guide base, a pushing piece, a spring, a password lock cylinder set, an outer layer protecting fixing pipe, a door outer handle, an unlocking spanner and a password changing protecting plate. The password lock cylinder set comprises a password changing rotating button, an inner password fixing base, a ring set and an outer password fixing base. The ring set comprises an outer ring with thirty six different character codes arranged on the surface annularly, and an inner ring arranged in the outer ring. Thirty six inner teeth corresponding to the character codes are arranged on the inner face of the outer ring annularly. Outer teeth capable of being meshed with the inner teeth are arranged on the outer surface of the inner ring annularly, wherein the number of the outer teeth is the same as that of the inner teeth.
