The invention relates to a novel keyless lock cylinder. The novel keyless lock cylinder comprises an in-door hand-poking button, a dual-ring multi-layer conducting plate, a conducting copper ring, a conducting copper column, compressed springs, a rotary shaft positioning plate, a directional moving bolt, a push-and-pull moving spring, a poking tongue, a linkage bolt, an outer poking button, a motor and an inner rotating body. An inner polygonal groove which is matched with the linkage bolt is formed in the position, corresponding to the linkage bolt, of the outer poking button. During the advancing or backing process of the directional moving bolt, the directional moving bolt can screw in or back out around a spring steel wire of the push-and-pull moving spring, so that the linkage bolt can enter or exit the inner polygonal groove. The novel keyless lock cylinder has the advantages that the performance is stable, and the theftproof performance is good.
