The invention provides a subway shielding gate control method. The subway shielding gate control method is characterized by comprising the steps that running modes of a subway shielding gate control system are set into a normal running mode, an abnormal running mode and an emergency running mode, and when the control system is in the normal running mode, opening and closing of a subway shielding gate are controlled through an automatic system control mode; when the control system is in the abnormal running mode, opening and closing of the subway shielding gate are controlled through a platform level control mode; when the control system is in the emergency running mode, opening and closing of the subway shielding gate are controlled through a manual operation mode; under the situation that a control power source is powered off, normal gate opening and closing can be achieved; when the emergency situation happens and a safety loop cannot be transmitted to a signal system, only a manual bypass key switch on a PSC panel needs to be rotated, emergency braking of a train can be avoided, and therefore railway paralysis is avoided.
