Assembled-solar-air-heat-collector applied drying room
The invention relates to an assembled-solar-air-heat-collector applied drying room. Assembled air heat collectors are installed on the east face, the west face, the south face and the roof of the drying room, and sunlight radiation can be received in the whole day. Each assembled air heat collector is formed by a framework (10), a sunlight plate cover plate (6) and a heat absorption core plate (7). Two square steel tubes (9) are arranged behind the framework (10) of each heat collector, can be combined with a square steel tube (18) on the corresponding wall of the drying room and can be fixed through clamping sheets (17). After assembling is completed, the air heat collectors on the four faces of the drying room can be communicated. A hot air circulating fan (11) is arranged at the upper end of the heat collector at the roof, heated high-temperature air is delivered into the drying room, a heat collector air inlet channel (15) is formed in the lower portion of a body of the south wall, low temperature air of the drying room enters the air heat collector (2) from the air inlet channel (15), the entering air is heated in the rising process and finally delivered into the drying room through the hot air circulating fan (11), and an air feeding channel is completely omitted.
