The invention provides a stall vehicle locking device. The stall vehicle locking device is characterized by comprising a cross shaft, a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat, a linear actuator, a connecting piece, a linear actuator fixing seat and a cover plate, wherein the two ends of the cross shaft are connected with the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat through bearings respectively, the first bearing seat is fixedly installed in a first ground groove, the second bearing seat is fixedly installed in a second ground groove, the linear actuator is fixedly installed in the first ground groove through the linear actuator fixing seat, the direction of an actuating rod of the linear actuator is perpendicular to the cross shaft, the actuating rod of the linear actuator is connected with the tail end of the cross shaft through the connecting piece, and the cover plate covers the components, installed on the ground, of the whole stall vehicle locking device. The stall vehicle locking device is simple in structure, capable of effectively preventing fee evasion and high in practicability.
