The invention discloses a modified treatment method for desulphurized, deslagged and washed tail mud of molten iron. The method comprises the following steps; carrying out mixing and ball-milling treatment on dried washed tail mud and a composite active modifier, and applying the modified washed tail mud into composite cement production. The modified treatment method has the beneficial effects that the hydration activity of the desulphurized, deslagged and washed tail mud of the molten iron can be improved; and the desulphurized, deslagged and washed tail mud can be applied to the field of building materials as an active admixture.
