Repair material for carbon-free refining ladle lining non-slag line and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a repair material for a carbon-free refining ladle lining non-slag line and a preparation method thereof. The repair material comprises raw materials of 50-75w% high alumina corundum aggregate or corundum aggregate, 10-30w% of corundum fine powder, 4-10 w% of spinel powder, 0.5-4w% of SiO2 micropowder, 1-5w% of alpha-Al2O3 powder and 1-5 w% of aluminate cement and p-alumina or aluminum silicon gel powder; and a superplasticizer accounting for 0.1-0.2 wt.% of the raw materials and a plasticizer accounting for 0.2-1 wt.% of the raw materials are added. The above ingredients are fully mixed in a blender to prepare the repair material. The repair material has good adhesion and plasticity; after drying and high temperature treatment, the bond strength meets the use requirements of ladle; the repair material can be used to repair the local severe melting loss positions of the carbon-free refining ladle lining non-slag line, and can also be used in large area repairing. The preparation method is simple and easy for operation, and convenient for the preparation of the repair material.
