The invention provides a ceramic matrix composite material. According to a technical scheme, the ceramic matrix composite material is a composite material taking ceramic as the matrix to compound with various fibers. The ceramic matrix selects silicon carbide high temperature structural ceramic, and a toughening second phase adopts boron fiber. The boron fiber surface is coated with a layer of silicon nitride. The ceramic matrix composite material provided by the invention is characterized in that ceramic has high temperature resistance, high strength and stiffness, light relative weight, corrosion resistance and other excellent performance, and high strength and high elastic fiber is employed to compound with the ceramic matrix, thus being an effective method for improving ceramic toughness and reliability.
