The invention relates to a four-section type asphalt heat regenerative heating roller comprising a feed unit, a uniform heating unit and a discharge unit. The four-section type asphalt heat regenerative heating roller is characterized by also comprising a rapid preheating unit, wherein the feed unit comprises a cylindrical roller, a burner and a plurality of low-speed guide claw plates which are axially arranged on the inner wall of the roller; the rapid preheating unit comprises a plurality of high-speed guide claw plates which are axially arranged on the inner wall of the roller; the uniform heating unit comprises a lifting blade mechanism which is axially arranged on the inner wall of the roller; and the discharge unit comprises a discharge box positioned at the rear end of the roller, and a material temping device and a waste material guide chute are arranged in the discharge box. The four-section type asphalt heat regenerative heating roller provided by the invention adopts different regenerated material heating times and manners according to different temperature units, adopts a material isolating ring to control the speed of material flow, and also adopts the material temping device and a filter screen at a discharge opening, so that the heating uniformity and the quality of regenerated materials are ensured to the utmost extent, and the heat energy utilization ratio is improved most reasonably and effectively.
