A rotary water sprinkling device mainly comprises a fixed plate, a water storage tank, a water suction pump, a motor, a connecting shaft and a rotary cylinder, wherein the upper surface of the fixed plate is fixed at the bottom of a vehicle, the water storage tank filled with water is arranged on the lower surface of the fixed plate, the water suction pump is disposed in the water storage tank, the motor is arranged at the center of the lower surface of the water storage tank, a rotating shaft of the motor is vertically downward, one end of the connecting shaft is coaxially connected with the rotating shaft of the motor, the other end of the connecting shaft is connected with the bottom center of the rotary cylinder, the rotary cylinder is a cylinder body with the upper end open, and the upper half portion of the side face of the rotary cylinder is netted. One end of a water outlet pipe is connected with the water suction pump, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is disposed at the bottom of the rotary cylinder. The rotary water sprinkling device has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in operation and mounting, good water sprinkling effect and low cost.
