Preparation method for composite ecological seepage-guidance filtration material
The invention discloses a preparation method for a composite ecological seepage-guidance filtration material. The method comprises the steps that straw is woven into a 10mm-16mm thick sheet, cinders are broken into particles with the diameters of 2mm-4mm, and ceramsites with the diameters of 8mm-16mm are chosen; a mold of a corresponding size is prepared according to a project design, the space height of the mold is 300mm-400mm, and the woven straw sheet is placed on the bottom of the formwork; the cinders and cement paste are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to 4:1, poured into the mold, raked and slightly shaken to form a cinder hole concrete layer with the width of 50mm-80mm; the ceramsites and the cement paste are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1.5:1 to 5:1, poured onto the cinder hole concrete layer in the mold, raked and slightly shaken to form a light porous ceramsite concrete layer with the width of 200mm-300mm; maintenance is conducted for 10-15 days at a normal temperature and relative humidity no less than 80%. The preparation method for the composite ecological seepage-guidance filtration material has rich raw material sources, the preparation method is simple, and the cost is low; the preparation method for the composite ecological seepage-guidance filtration material can not only serve as a seepage-guidance filtration layer of an embankment project, but also serve as a flood prevention storage material for replacing sand pockets and stone materials which are used in a large amount in yearly flood prevention.
