Cast-in place pile pouring and pile head cutting-off method
The invention discloses a cast-in place pile pouring and pile head cutting-off method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a reinforcement cage is bound; secondly, hard plastic sleeves with which upper-portion-exposed main reinforcement is sleeved are prepared; thirdly, cast-in place piles are prefabricated; fourthly, a plurality of triangle grooves are formed by transversely cutting the peripheries of cast-in place pile heads, and a big hammer is used for knocking steel wedges inserted into the triangle grooves to cut off the cast-in place pile heads. According to the cast-in place pile pouring and pile head cutting-off method, the main reinforcement is isolated from being connected with concrete by arranging the hard plastic sleeves outside the upper-portion-exposed main reinforcement in a sleeving mode, and the cast-in place pile heads can be cut off in a cross mode by using the characters that the concrete tension resistance ability is low and huge transverse force can be generated when the head portions of the steel wedges impact the concrete triangle grooves. Since no adhesion exists between the concrete and the upper-portion-exposed main reinforcement, the separation between the cast-in place pile heads and all the upper-portion-exposed main reinforcement on the upper portion of the reinforcement cage is facilitated, the labor intensity is greatly relieved, the construction cost is lowered, the construction time is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
