The invention discloses a sludge flushing and sucking machine with an ice breaking function. The sludge flushing and sucking machine comprises a plurality of water pumps, a plurality of sludge outputting pipelines, a plurality of reversely-flushing pipelines and a plurality of sludge discharging pipelines. The water pumps are arranged on a guide rod mechanism, inlets of the water pumps are aligned with the sludge, and the function of removing deposited sludge or hardened sludge is achieved. Inlets of the sludge outputting pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of all the water pumps, and the function of collecting the sludge is achieved. Inlets of the reversely-flushing pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of all the sludge outputting pipelines, outlets of the reversely-flushing pipelines are correspondingly arranged at the front ends of all scraping plates respectively, and the function of flushing the hardened sludge on the scrapping plates is achieved. Inlets of the sludge discharging pipelines are correspondingly connected with outlets of all the sludge outputting pipelines so as to discharge the collected sludge out of the flushing and sucking machine. All the reversely-flushing pipelines are provided with ice breaking angles respectively. The sludge flushing and sucking machine has the advantages that the anti-freezing and ice breaking functions are achieved, sludge flushing operation can be conducted on the hardened sludge preventing the scrapping plates from advancing, and lasting and efficient operation of equipment is guaranteed.
