A sewer manhole cover connection mechanism is provided. A base is embedded into a concrete layer; a manhole cover is clamped on an inner lug boss of the base; an outer lug boss of the base is connected with the concrete layer; a horizontal inserting rod is arranged on one side of the base; the inserting rod sequentially penetrates through the base and the manhole cover from the inner part of the concrete layer; one end of the inserting rod is provided with a pull pin vertical to the inserting rod; the pull pin is in a sleeve shape; a channel, which can guarantee the transverse sliding in the transverse direction, is downwards formed in the concrete layer on one side of the base along the top surface. Compared with the prior art, the sewer manhole cover connection mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and process, convenience for manufacturing and installation, low cost, good effect and the like.
