The invention relates to a three-direction shock absorption mass tuning damper. A steel cylinder is internally provided with a horizontal shock absorption device. The horizontal shock absorption device is connected with the inner wall of the steel cylinder through horizontal adhesion dampers and horizontal springs. The center of the horizontal shock absorption device is provided with a vertical mass block. The bottom of the vertical mass block is connected with a base through a vertical adhesion damper and vertical springs. An oriented rotating shaft support is arranged between the base and the vertical adhesion damper. The oriented rotating shaft support is connected with the vertical adhesion damper through an oriented rotating shaft. The composite type mass tuning damper capable of playing the horizontal shock absorption function and capable of playing the vertical shock absorption function is formed, the three-direction function in the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction is achieved, and the three-direction shock absorption mass tuning damper has the advantages of being simple in design, easy to mount, adjustable in base frequency and mass, stable in damping effect and the like and has wider application compared with a general mass tuning damper.
