Staircase prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a staircase prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead structure which is composed of a prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead, a prefabricated concrete stair, staircase stair landing beams and connecting pieces. Bulkhead lifting lugs are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead, and the prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead is hung on the top faces of the staircase stair landing beams through the bulkhead lifting lugs on the two sides. The invention further comprises a construction method of the fireproof bulkhead structure. The method comprises the steps of pouring or hoisting of the staircase stair landing beams, hoisting of the inner side prefabricated concrete stair, hoisting of the prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead, and connection of the prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead and the inner side prefabricated concrete stair through the connecting pieces. The prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead is mounted in a hanging mode, structure stability is good, and force transmission is clear; the staircase prefabricated reinforced concrete fireproof bulkhead structure can be produced through a common wallboard production line, and is low in cost, convenient to manufacture and mount, and suitable for being applied to design and construction of prefabricated fireproof bulkheads of scissor stairs of high-rise residences.
