Archaistic mid-lake pavilion roof and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an archaistic mid-lake pavilion roof. Components of the roof comprise a plurality of angle ridges, Chinese-style tile roof bodies, round tile roof bodies and a pagoda top. The components of the roof are a structural single body with flame retardant 191 epoxy resin and fiber grey yarn as raw materials, the Chinese-style tile roof bodies and the round tile roof bodies are roof units formed by splicing modular strip-shaped components, the modular strip-shaped components of the Chinese-style tile roof bodies are provided with sector-shaped arc faces, water passing bottom groove faces and mounting and connecting faces in the cross section direction, and the sector-shaped arc faces, the water passing bottom groove faces and the mounting and connecting faces are connected in an S shape. The modular strip-shaped components of the round tile roof bodies are provided with round arc faces, water passing bottom groove faces and mounting and connecting faces in the cross section direction, the round arc faces, the water passing bottom groove faces and the mounting and connecting faces are connected in an S shape, and the Chinese-style tile roof bodies and the round tile roof bodies penetrate through the respective mounting and connecting faces through screws to be fixed with a base layer of the roof. The components can be machined in a factory in a batch mode through mold duplication and can be conveniently transported to a construction site to be assembled to the overall roof. According to the application of the technical scheme, the roof manufacturing and building efficiency is greatly improved, the work period is shortened, and meanwhile the finished roof can meet high calamity resisting performance.
