The invention discloses an inclination angle fine adjustment type multifunctional supporting device. The inclination angle fine adjustment type multifunctional supporting device comprises a bottom base (1), a sloping disc (2), partition pieces (5) and a heightening module (6) which are arranged coaxially. The heightening module (6) and the sloping disc (2) are hollow-out structure bodies, the partition pieces (5) are sequentially clamped on the hollow-out structures of the heightening module (6) and the sloping disc (2), the bottom base (1) comprises a cavity face structure (7) for the sloping disc (2) to be arranged, an oblique plane structure (8) adjustable in horizontal included angle is arranged at the bottom of the sloping disc (2), the sloping disc (2) is horizontally installed in the cavity face structure (7) of the bottom base (1) in a screwed mode, and the sloping disc (2) can rotate along the bottom base (1) for fine adjustment of an inclination angle. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the inclination angle fine adjustment type multifunctional supporting device. Usage in the application range with elevation height ranging 15 mm to 60 mm and gradient ranging 1 degree to 5 degrees can be effectively achieved.
