The invention provides an external resistance-adjustable steel strand net device preventing structure continuous collapse through tensile strength of steel rods. The steel strand net device is formed by connecting a plurality of connecting units in a criss-cross mode. Each connecting unit comprises two connecting wires and a connecting device, wherein the two connecting wires are connected through the connecting device to form the connecting unit. The connecting wires are steel strands (4), the connecting devices are connecting boxes (5), and a plurality of anchors, a high-strength steel block (7), two first-level steel rods, two second-level steel rods and two third-level steel rods are arranged in each connecting box (5). The steel strand net device has the advantages of being high in efficiency, good in economy and capable of not affecting attractiveness of buildings.
