The invention provides a high-rise energy-saving ecological type building. The high-rise energy-saving ecological type building is characterized in that a body is a building body which is built on the ground, houses are arranged on the part above a bottom layer of the building body, and garages are arranged at the bottom layer, the houses are provided with stairs or elevators to be connected with the ground and provided with external building parts integrated with the building body, the external building parts are balconies, the balconies are connected with living rooms and provided with windows, the windows are provided with window sashes and window frames, the window frames are integrally designed, the window sashes and the window frames are connected through rotating shafts, attics are arranged on the top of the building body, the sunny slope roofs of the attics are formed by transparent glass or sunlight plates, solar thermal collectors are locally arranged on the outer sides of the glass or sunlight plates, and a plurality of solar panels are arranged on the outer portions of the attics on the top of the building body. The energy-saving ecological type building is simple in structure and low in cost, meanwhile, planting can be carried out on the balconies, the quality of the indoor air of the houses is improved, solar power generation is adopted in the building, and thus the pollution to the environment is reduced.
