The building factory comprises a factory body which comprises a ridge, steel structure roof purlines and steel structure wall purlines, wherein an annular groove is formed around a foundation and filled with filling blocks, a detachable waste water treating and reusing device is communicated with the factory body; the waste water treating and reusing device comprises a waste water collecting pond, an adjusting facultative tank, an efficient gas floating pond, a hydrolysis pond and an A/O pond, the A/O pond is sequentially connected with a sedimentation pond, a biochemical waste water collecting pond, a multi-medium filter, a bag-type filter and a first circulation system, an ultrafiltration device, an ultrafiltration backflushing pump and an ultrafiltration water pond form a second circulation system; the multi-medium filter, the first circulation system, the second circulation system, a high-pressure pump, a film concentration device, a concentrated water pond and a filter backflushing pump form a third circulation system. The building factory is convenient to install, stable, firm, resistant to earthquakes, windproof and capable of achieving reuse and comprehensive use of waste water and integrated assembly.
