The invention discloses an avoidance-free lifting type parking device which comprises a base frame, a transverse moving mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The base frame comprises a plurality of stand columns oppositely arranged, first beams, second beams, and a walking guide rail arranged on the first beams, wherein the first beams and the second beams are horizontally fixed to the stand columns at the corresponding side. The transverse moving mechanism is movably arranged on the walking guide rail. The rotating mechanism is connected above one end of the transverse moving mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises a frame, a lifting drive motor arranged on the frame, and a parking platen located below the frame. The frame is fixed to the rotating mechanism, driven by the rotating mechanism to rotate, and driven by the transverse moving mechanism to move in the extending direction of the first beams. The lifting drive motor drives the parking platen to be lifted under driving of the lifting mechanism provided with a chain or a steel wire rope.
