A locking adjustment mechanism used for sliding doors comprises a fixed part, movable parts, stirring devices and backwards-pushing and/or damping devices, wherein the stirring devices and the backwards-pushing and/or damping devices act on each other. The movable parts are at least the sliding doors. The fixed part is at least a slide groove piece or a cabinet. The stirring devices are arranged on the slide groove piece or the cabinet. The backwards-pushing and/or damping devices are arranged on the sliding doors and provided with wheels. The wheels act on the slide groove pieces in a rolling mode when sliding on the sliding doors. The backwards-pushing and/or damping device or the stirring devices are provided with fixed bases. A locking adjustment device is arranged on each fixed base and comprises a locking element and an operation element. Each locking element is provided with a sliding part which is arranged on the corresponding fixed base in a sliding mode. The operation elements are positioned and rotated on the fixed bases. A mutual drive part is arranged between each operation element and the corresponding locking element. The operation elements and the locking elements are connected in a drive mode through the mutual drive parts. Acting parts of the operation elements are operated through tools. The operation elements are positioned and rotated and drive the locking elements to slide relative to the fixed bases in a limiting mode, and practicability is high.

The operation elements are positioned and rotated and drive the locking elements to slide relative to the fixed bases in a limiting mode, and practicability is high.
