The invention provides a composite aluminum alloy door for an anaerobic fermentation room. The composite aluminum alloy door comprises a door frame and a door leaf, wherein the door leaf is mounted in the door frame in a hinge joint manner, the door frame comprises an aluminum alloy support frame and a first expanded polytetrafluoroethylene fiber cloth layer wrapping the outer side of the aluminum alloy support frame, and the door leaf comprises a second expanded polytetrafluoroethylene fiber cloth layer, an aluminum alloy layer and a third expanded polytetrafluoroethylene fiber cloth layer sequentially from inside to outside. The composite aluminum alloy door has the advantages that strength of the door can be guaranteed, and the designed door is simple in structure, convenient to transport, high in sealability, and is resistant to ultraviolet irradiation, so that service life of the door can be prolonged.
