The invention provides a heat-insulation louver glass window which comprises a transverse beam, a frame, a plurality of louver blades and a transparent window body. The frame is arranged on two sides of the transverse beam, the louver blades are arranged on the lower portion of the transverse beam, a lifting stay and a turnover ladder rope are penetratingly arranged on the louver blades, the transparent window body is of a double-layer hollow structure, and the transverse beam, the frame and the louver blades are arranged inside the transparent window body. The heat-insulation louver glass window has the advantages of sunshade property, heat-insulation property and convenience in cleaning.
