The invention provides a pole ascending ladder. The pole ascending ladder comprises a ladder main body, multiple steps fixed to two sides of the ladder main body along a ladder main body length direction, a tightener installed at the bottom end of the ladder main body, a steel wire rope joint fixed to the top end of the ladder main body, and a steel wire rope of which one end is connected to the tightener and the other end is detachably connected to the steel wire rope joint. Through use of the multiple steps arranged at two sides of the ladder main body and use of the tightener at the bottom end of the ladder main body, one end of the steel wire rope is connected to the tightener and the other end of the steel wire rope enwinds a pole and is connected to the steel wire rope joint. The pole ascending ladder is lifted along the pole, and then the steel wire rope is tightened by the tightener so that the pole ascending ladder is fixed to the pole and a temporary fixed pole ascending ladder is formed. The pole ascending ladder has a simple structure, is convenient for carrying and installation and effectively solves the problem that the pole ascending difficulty is high.
