The invention relates to a sleeping cabin capable of adjusting environmental parameters automatically. The sleeping cabin comprises a user terminal, a cabin body, an air filtering system, a constant temperature system, a constant humidity system, an oxygen supply system and a control system, wherein the air filtering system is arranged at an air inlet of the cabin body, and the constant temperature system, the constant humidity system, the oxygen supply system and the control system are arranged in the cabin body. The air filtering system, the constant temperature system, the constant humidity system and the oxygen supply system are connected with the control system and send monitored environmental parameters to the control system. The control system converts the received environmental parameters into digital signals, analyzes and processes the digital signals and controls the air filtering system, the constant temperature system, the constant humidity system and the oxygen supply system to adjust temperature, humidity and oxygen content parameters in the cabin body to a proper range according to an analysis result. The user terminal is connected with the control system through a network to inquire and receive the real-time environmental parameters in cabin body.
