High-water-retention thickening powder for dry mix mortar
The invention relates to a high-water-retention thickening powder for dry mix mortar. The invention is characterized in that the high-water-retention thickening powder for dry mix mortar is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 35-55% of bentonite, 10-35% of fly ash, 0.4-0.8% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6-1.0% of polyacrylamide, 0.05-0.1% of redispersible latex powder, 0.15-0.3% of methyl cellulose and 10-35% of rock powder. The high-water-retention thickening powder is a non-lime air-entraining water-retention thickening material having the characteristics of water resistance, permeation resistance, small shrinkage and high bonding power. When the thickening powder is used in premix mortar, the premix mortar has better performance indexes than the traditional mortar, thereby solving the problem of poor operability in the cement mortar and the problems of low strength, low shrinkage and low water resistance in the mix mortar in the aspects of material properties. Thus, the thickening powder is easy for metering, does not have radioactivity or corrosivity, and is very environment-friendly.
