The invention relates to high-performance frost-resistant concrete prepared from metakaolin. The high-performance frost-resistant concrete prepared from metakaolin is obtained by mixing and blending cement, metakaolin, coal ash and a water reducer in a certain mixture ratio, wherein the metakaolin is obtained by calcining kaolin at the temperature of 700-900 DEG C for 2-3 hours, and main components of the metakaolin are SiO2 and Al2O3. The metakaolin has low fineness and high activity, mechanical properties of concrete can be obviously enhanced, and a microcosmic hole structure of the concrete can be effectively improved, so that freeze-thaw resistance of the concrete is improved; meanwhile, the metakaolin and the coal ash are compounded and doped, the probability that working performance of the concrete is reduced as the metakaolin is doped is reduced, and the metakaolin modification effect is improved by a certain extent.
