The sludge ceramsite preparation system is characterized in that the sludge storing tank is in turn connected with the sludge dewatering machine, the sludge dryer and the ingredient mixing device; the ingredient mixing device comprises the following materials by weight percentage: 40-50% of sludge, 50-55% of sludge raw stone and 5-10% of clay; a forming screening machine is arranged between the forming machine and the baking kiln; the sludge ceramsite is obtained by shaping and baking the sludge of wastewater treatment plant. The sludge ceramsite preparation system has the advantages of a perfect sludge ceramsite system preparation process, the harmless, minimization and resource utilization of the sludge can be realized; the use ratio of the clay in the sludge ceramsite system is reduced, the waste crop straw is processed into a fuel rod, the performance of the sludge ceramsite is excellent and the application scope is wide.
