Material distribution method of microcrystallite glass ceramic composite board
The invention discloses a material distribution method of a microcrystallite glass ceramic composite board. Through optimizing the material distribution process, coordinating frits with different particle sizes and introducing flaky frits, the strength of a body and glaze binding layer can be improved; production of large phenocrysts after crystallizing and sintering and improvement of the surface flatness of a microcrystalline glass layer are facilitated; and meanwhile, the sintered decorative patterns are layered, and are rich in layered sense and high in third dimension.
