Thermosetting eleostearic acid ester epoxy asphalt compatibilizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a thermosetting eleostearic acid ester epoxy asphalt compatibilizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing eleostearic acid; and (2) preparing a thermosetting eleostearic acid ester epoxy asphalt compatibilizer, namely adding epoxy resin, the eleostearic acid and an esterification catalyst into a reaction kettle, adding a solvent; reacting to obtain an intermediate product eleostearic acid ester, cooling, adding formic acid or/and acetic acid, concentrated sulfuric acid or/and phosphoric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and performing epoxidation reaction to obtain the thermosetting eleostearic acid ester epoxy asphalt compatibilizer. In comparison with the prior art, the thermosetting eleostearic acid ester epoxy asphalt compatibilizer disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects of being high in strength, high in rigidity, high in plastication resistance and permanent deformability at a high temperature, good in cracking resistance at a low temperature, capable of satisfying the laying requirements of a large-span bridge and widening the application types of asphalt and applicable to most of epoxy resin; in an obtained modified thermosetting epoxy asphalt material, the asphalt and the epoxy resin are good in mixing uniformity; the compatibilizer disclosed by the invention can have a chemical crosslinking reaction with the asphalt and the epoxy resin, so enhancement of the strength of thermosetting epoxy asphalt is facilitated.
