The invention discloses a novel ecological parking lot pavement structure which sequentially comprises a turf layer, an HCW honeycomb constraint layer, a crushed-rock layer and a plain soil compaction layer from top to bottom, wherein geotextile layers are respectively arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the crushed-rock layer. The novel ecological parking lot pavement structure has the advantages of being long in service life, easy to maintain, permeable and moist, and is capable of precipitating dust, absorbing CO2, releasing O2, forming carbon sink and playing a role in reducing emission amount of C.
