The invention relates to a portable lifting ramp plate, comprising a bed plate and a slope plate, wherein a connecting part for connecting the slope plate is arranged at the front end of the bed plate; a lifting column body with a hollow structure is arranged at the rear end of the bed plate; an electric lift is arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the lifting column body; an ejector rod fixedly connected with the electric lift is arranged at the upper end of the electric lift; two symmetrical bar-type guide blocks are arranged on the side wall of the ejector rod; sliding rails corresponding to the bar-type guide blocks are arranged on the inner wall of the lifting column body; and a support block is arranged on the top end of the ejector rod. The portable lifting ramp plate is convenient to use; lifting of the lifting column body can be adjusted according to the height of steps, vehicles can conveniently run up and down the steps and are effectively prevented from being impacted and damaged after directly running up the steps; and the ramp plate is simple in structure and convenient to carry.
