The invention relates to an improved jacking excavation construction method. The method comprises the following steps: a frame is prefabricated, a cutting angle of an edge angle in an acute angle of the frame is determined according to an oblique crossing angle needed by the frame, and the edge angle in the acute angle is cut down, so that an inwards recessed space is formed in the lower part of the front end of the edge angle in the acute angle; the frame is jacked and excavation is performed; a jacking technical index of the frame is adjusted by using the magnitude of the soil eating quantity of the frame; and after the frame is jacked in place, the inwards recessed space formed by cutting the edge angle in the acute angle is supplemented. In the improved jacking excavation construction method, when the jacking excavation is performed, an excavator performs excavation along the inwards recessed space formed by cutting the edge angle in the acute angle without excessively excavating the front foundation and then excavating at the front end of the edge angle in the acute angle, so that the jacking technical index of the frame can be adjusted by using the magnitude of the soil eating quantity of the frame; and the forced jacking operation has no need to be performed for the frame, so that the structure safety of the frame is guaranteed, and the driving safety of existing railways is guaranteed to the greatest extent.
