Rotating hinge positioning method
The invention discloses a rotating hinge positioning method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, embedded sections are arranged on the two sides of a bridge, basic hinges are installed on one sides of the embedded sections in a lofting mode, and pin shafts penetrate through shaft sleeves of the basic hinges; secondly, the basic hinges and the pin shafts are positioned, the basic hinges and the embedded sections are welded after positioning, and the pin shafts are taken out; thirdly, rotating hinges are arranged in the basic hinges in a sleeved mode, pin shafts are installed, the rotating hinges are temporally fixed to one sides of the embedded sections after the rotating hinges are installed, a first segment of a cable tower is hoisted to the rotating hinges after fixing, the first segment of the cable tower and the embedded sections are spliced, the first segment of the cable tower is adjusted, no slab staggering exists after the first segment of the cable tower and the embedded sections are combined, and then the rotating hinges and the first segment of the cable tower are welded. The rotating precision of the cable tower is improved, the linear consistency between the rotating section of the cable tower and the embedded sections can be ensured, and it is ensured that the cable tower does not deviate in the transverse direction in the rotating process.
