The invention relates to a method for reinforcing a wharf rear edge by applying a batter pile, a wharf reinforced by the method, and a device for applying the batter pile. A pile frame is built on the wharf, and the pile frame is provided with an inclined guide rod; at least one section of preformed pile is placed on the surface of the inclined guide rod, and the preformed pile is aligned to a pre-submerged pile and located in the same line; and the pressure is applied to the top of the preformed pile, the preformed pile is slantwise inserted in the mud face on the pre-submerged pile position so as to finish the pile sinking. The construction method for applying the inclined steel-pipe pile on the wharf rear edge is capable of effectively combining the land construction and over-water construction, avoiding the influence to the production operation of the wharf as possible, and promoting the implement of the updating and reconstruction project of the old wharf, and can be extensively applied to the projects, such as the updating and reconstruction of the old wharf.
