According to the step of decoloration, the cleaned fibers are added with hydrogen peroxide and activated carbon for conducting decoloration treatment, the decolorized fibers are dried, and accordingly short fibers are obtained. According to the step of weaving, the dried short fibers are woven to obtain the fiber geotechnical cloth. According to the preparation method, the recycled waste clothes are manufactured into the fiber geotechnical cloth, the process is simple, operating control is convenient, the quality is stable, the production efficiency is high, and large-scale industrial production can be achieved.
