The invention provides an intelligent deforming and adjusting type inclined throwing support protecting system for a foundation pit in a dredging sludge ground area. The system comprises an inclined throwing support protecting structure, a data acquiring system, a mechanical adjusting system and an intelligent control element, wherein the intelligent control element is used for collecting actually-measured monitoring data of the outer earth surface sedimentation of the foundation pit, the deformation of a protecting pile, unheaval of sludge at the bottom part of the foundation pit, pore water pressure of the sludge at the outside of the foundation pit under different depth, and deformation of the inclined throwing support in excavating of the foundation pit, and comparing with the calculation result in a design document and analyzing; if the monitoring data are highly different from the design calculation result, the intelligent control element controls a hydraulic jack to apply prestressed force to the end part of the inclined throwing support in order to adjust the protecting stability of the whole foundation pit. According to the system, the foundation pit in the dredging sludge ground area is protected through the force on the intelligent deforming adjusting type inclined throwing support, which is of important significance on reduction of the protecting pile deformation, sedimentation of the outer earth surface of the foundation pit, and unheaval of sludge at the bottom of the foundation pit.
