The invention provides a raft foundation with a liquid pipeline channel; the raft foundation comprises a local box foundation, vertical connected wells and a concrete arch slab; side plates are arranged at the ends of the concrete arch slab; the vertical connected wells are fixed at the left and right sides of the local box foundation; the concrete arch slab and the bottoms of the side plates are fixed on the local box foundation and between the left and right symmetric vertical connected wells; a liquid pipeline is arranged inside the local box foundation; the ends of the liquid pipelines are communicated with the two vertical connected wells, symmetrically arranged at two sides of a concrete top plate, to form a channel. The advantages are as follows: the pipeline and the sealed space are arranged inside and are used as a rainwater and sewage channel running through a river; the raft foundation is not only capable of replacing common pier foundations or spread foundations in a bridge structure, but is capable of finishing a liquid conveying function.
