The invention discloses a jet-suction type aqueous suspension high-speed rail tunnel which is a cross-ocean tunnel suspended in seawater and used for a high-speed rail to pass. A steel tube (1) is suspended in the seawater, the steel tube (1) is externally fixed to the bottom of the sea (5) by a cable rope (4) in a riveting mode, and the steel tube (1) is internally provided with high-speed rail equipment. The jet-suction type aqueous suspension high-speed rail tunnel is characterized in that the sectional area of the steel tube (1) ranges from 15 m<2> to 30 m<2>, two ends of the steel tube (1) tunnel are each provided with a large-scale fan blow opening (2), air is blew to the steel tube tunnel obliquely from two sides and the upper portion of the steel tube tunnel, jet-suction single-way large wind is generated in the tunnel, the wind and a high-speed rail train are in the same direction, and the wind speed is larger than or equal to the speed of the high-speed rail train (3) when the high-speed rail train (3) runs. The diameter of the steel tube is small, the manufacture is easy, the cost is low, the buoyancy force is small, the installation is easy, and the aqueous suspension high-speed rail tunnel can be achieved.
