The invention discloses a pipe network pressure-superposed viable-frequency water supply device which mainly consists of a filter, a backflow preventer, a negative pressure eliminator, a flow stabilization tank, an ultraviolet sterilizer, water pumps, a flow meter and a control cabinet. A water level controller is arranged in the flow stabilization tank and used for detecting the water level in the flow stabilization tank, a liquid control opening matched with the water level controller is formed in the bottom of the flow stabilization tank and used for wiring, and the control cabinet is used for detecting the water level of the flow stabilization tank, the pressure of a water suction header pipe, the pressure of a water outlet header pipe and water using amount, meanwhile controlling the negative pressure eliminator to perform appropriate action and controlling automatic start and stop, frequency conversion, switching and number increase or decrease of the water pumps. The pipe network pressure-superposed viable-frequency water supply device has the advantages of being simple in structure, complete in protection functions, stable and reliable in performance, high in supplied water quality, safe and hygienic and the like, being small in occupied area and low in cost by adopting an installing and maintenance scheme, being capable of utilizing the pressure of a tap water pipe to achieve energy-saving effect and therefore having high practical value and social and economic benefits in secondary water supply application.
