The invention relates to a toilet handling technology, in particular to an intelligent toilet automatic handling system and intelligent toilet automatic handling method which are capable of handling toilet excreta more cleanly and effectively. The intelligent toilet automatic handling system comprises a control center comprising a sensing system, a gas exhauster connected to the sensing system, a cleaning sprayer connected to the sensing system, a solid material handling system located at the downstream of water drainage of a toilet stool and a urine handling system located at the downstream of water drainage of the toilet stool, wherein the solid material handling system comprises a material conveyer, a smashing blender, an inactivation handling device, an infrared heating device and a storage device which are sequentially arranged from the upstream to the downstream, and the gas outlet part of the inactivation handling device is provided with a cooling system; the urine handling system comprises a urine storage device, a cooling device and a urine constant temperature freshness retaining system.
