Composite vacuum board welded through glass and preparation method thereof
Disclosed is a composite vacuum board welded through glass. The composite vacuum board welded through the glass comprises a panel, a connection layer and a vacuum cavity, and is characterized in that the panel is a glass plate or a ceramic plate or a stone plate or a metal plate, the connection layer connects the panel and the vacuum cavity into a whole, the panel and/or the connection layer provides additional strength to the vacuum cavity, and guarantees smoothness of the vacuum cavity under atmospheric pressure, the vacuum cavity is formed by welding a low carbon steel plate through glass solder in a vacuum furnace under high vacuum and high temperature, thermal expansion coefficients of the low carbon steel plate and the glass solder are matched with each other, a support is arranged in the vacuum cavity, and the support is individually manufactured or directly formed on the vacuum cavity. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the composite vacuum board welded through the glass. The preparation method of the composite vacuum board welded through the glass is simple in manufacture technology, and the composite vacuum board welded through the glass prepared through the preparation method can overcome defects of an existing heat preservation board and an existing vacuum heat insulation board, and therefore gas tightness of the vacuum cavity of the composite vacuum board welded through the glass can be effectively guaranteed, use life of the composite vacuum board welded through the glass is prolonged, and furthermore strength, thermal and sound insulation performance and fireproof performance of the composite vacuum board welded through the glass can be enhanced.
