The invention provides a passive solar house structure, and belongs to the field of buildings. A solar collector is arranged on an outer wall, facing the sun, of a solar house, a large number of cavities are arranged in heat storage walls or/and heat storage plates, water paths circularly flowing in the cavities in the heat storage walls or/and the heat storage plates are connected with the solar collector and a low-temperature water path through valves respectively, a water outlet of the solar collector is connected with the cavities in the heat storage walls or/and the heat storage plates or a bypass water supply pipeline through valves, and a water inlet of the solar collector is connected with a tap water pipe or a water hose. Water pipes are arranged in the heat storage walls or/and the heat storage plates so that the temperature in the room in winter can be raised, the room temperature in summer can be lowered, the requirements for heating in winter and refrigerating in summer in the room can be met, temperature of living water is intelligently controlled, the temperature can be kept constant, and the room is comfortable.
