The invention provides a water and electricity alloy floor facilitating heat conduction, a combined structure thereof and a floor heating floor. The water and electricity alloy floor comprises a laying assembly, and a buckle A is arranged at one end of the laying assembly. The laying assembly comprises an alloy plate and further comprises any one or more structures connected with the alloy plate, namely, a groove, a groove combination piece and heat conduction media. The floor is provided with the groove, the groove is formed in the upper surface of the alloy plate, and therefore function expanding is possible. According to the functions of the groove, the groove can be universal for electric heating and water heating; if a floor tile is laid on the upper surface of the alloy plate, the groove can be pasted with adhesives better, and the strength is improved; if a floor is laid on the upper surface of the alloy plate, the groove can be used as a heat radiation and ventilation channel, and the situation that a solid wood floor is heated to deform is avoided; a top can be driven in the groove, and the alloy plate and the ground are fixed more firmly.
