A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention provides an efficient building concrete vibrator. The efficient building concrete vibrator comprises a vibration rod, wherein the vibration rod comprises an outer shell and an internal structure; the internal structure comprises an electromagnetic column defined by electromagnets evenly distributed in the circumferential direction; the electromagnets longitudinally extend along the vibration rod; the magnetizing direction of the electromagnets is the radial direction of the vibration rod; the adjacent electromagnets are separated by non-magnetism materials; ferromagnetic blocks evenly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixed on the inner wall of the outer shell; the ferromagnetic blocks right faces the electromagnets in a one-to-one mode respectively; an annular columnar elastic air bag is arranged between the ferromagnetic blocks and the electromagnets; the electromagnets are coupled to a control module inside the outer shell; the control module breaks over the electromagnets circularly in turn clockwise or anticlockwise; the control module is electrically connected with a power source device outside the outer shell through a cable. The efficient building concrete vibrator not only can output the vibration mode consistent with a traditional vibrator, but also is high in mechanical efficiency, low in noise and suitable for various complex working conditions.
