The invention relates to a lifting type electric-control pressure-bearing waterproof parking space blocking device. Under a non-working state, the blocking device is shrunk to be parallel to the ground, and comprises a hollow-barrel-shaped sealed protective cover (10) which is fixed below the ground, wherein a first sleeve (20), a second sleeve (30) and a third sleeve (40) are arranged in the sealed protective cover (10) from the inside to the outside in sequence; a multi-section lifting design is adopted, so that the assembling and the maintaining are convenient; a screw set (262) which is fixed on a screw rod base (26) is arranged in the first sleeve (20) in a penetration manner; the upper part of the screw set (262) is provided with a driver (243) through a fixed base rack (24); the driver (243) lifts with the lifting of the screw set (262), and is beneficial to follow-up maintaining; the drive motor of the driver (243) is inverted in the sleeve (20), so that the normal work of the blocking device is not affected even integrally soaked in water; the manual lifting mechanism is increased, so that the work can be manually controlled when the remote wireless control has faults.
