The invention provides a novel remote control parking space lock and aims at solving the problems of the existing remote control parking space locks, such as complex structure, poor anti-collision function and difficulty in satisfying the use of the parking space locks. The parking space lock comprises a base; a remote control panel, a gear motor, a battery and a rocker arm for opening and closing the parking space are arranged on the base; a main shaft is arranged on the lower end of the rocker arm; a torsional spring support and a torsional spring sleeve the main shaft; one end of the torsional spring is connected to the torsional spring support, while the other end of the torsional spring is connected to the main shaft; a connecting rod mechanism is arranged between the torsion spring support and the rotating shaft of the gear motor; a limiting column is arranged on one end, connected with the main shaft, of the torsional spring; a limiting hole is formed in the torsional spring support; when the main shaft is driven by the rocker arm to rotate towards a side where the rocker arm is put down, the limiting hole is capable of limiting the main shaft from rotating. Due to the limiting structure of the torsional spring, the rocker arm is only capable of rotating within a small range even through the rocker arm is shifted by a hand, and also is capable of returning automatically; as a result, the safety of the parking space lock in use can be greatly improved.

Due to the limiting structure of the torsional spring, the rocker arm is only capable of rotating within a small range even through the rocker arm is shifted by a hand, and also is capable of returning automatically; as a result, the safety of the parking space lock in use can be greatly improved.
