The super-typhoon automatic lead falling tower protection device comprises a lead hanging plate and a hanging plate of which two ends are fixed on transverse materials of the ends of a cross arm of the steel tower, the hanging plate inclines to form a high end and a low end, a rod falling through slot which is widened gradually from the high end to the low end is formed in the hanging plate, a ball head hanging rod of the lead hanging plate is hung at the narrow end of the rod falling through slot and baffled by a frame-shaped baffle rack vertical to the hanging plate, the lower end of the frame-shaped baffle rack is hinged to the hanging plate through hinges, a pulley is arranged at the upper end, the pulley is hung on the horizontally arranged lead rail, the upper end of the lead rail is firmly connected with a slide bar, the slide bar is located by a support seat, a wind measuring plate is arranged at the other end of the slide bar, and a wind-resistant critical value calibrating spring sleeves the slide bar between the wind measuring plate and the adjacent support seat. After the super-typhoon automatic lead falling tower protection device is arranged on the steel transmission tower, the lead hung at the lead hanging point of the steel tower automatically separates from the lead hanging point when suffering super-typhoon so as to protect the steel tower from the strong effect of the wind pressure on the lead, and accordingly the tower falling probability is greatly lowered.
